Real gibt es im vorliegenden Fall zwei Bezugssysteme, die zu
berücksichtigen sind:
1. das Plattformsystem, in dem die Uhr U2 kreist,
2. das "Bahnsteigsystem", in dem das Plattformsystem mit v_0 geradlinig
gleichförmig bewegt ist.
Zu 1.:
Im Plattformsystem wird eine gleichmäßige Kreisbewegung der Uhr U2
registriert, die Bahngeschwindigkeit v_U ist konstant. Nach deiner
falschen Auffassung müsste sich die Bahngeschwindigkeit aber laufend
ändern, und im Falle v_U = v_0 ergäbe sich sogar in einem Bahnpunkt
ein momentaner Stillstand:

Dergleichen wird bei kreisenden Gegenständen in bewegten Bezugssystemen
nicht beobachtet.
Die im Plattformsystem zu registrierende Gangänderung der Uhr ist von
der Geschwindigkeit v_U bestimmt:
DELTA t_Uhr = sqrt( 1 - (v_U/c)^2 ) * DELTA t_PS. (1)
Es liegt also eine gleichmäßige Gangänderung vor und damit eine linear
anwachsende Abweichung der Uhrenanzeige von der Anzeige der im
Plattformsystem ruhenden Uhren.
Die Abbildung "Eigenzeit der kreisenden Uhr in U" auf Seite 19 meiner
Ausarbeitung zeigt ein Beispiel für einen solchen Verlauf.

Zu 2.:
Im "Bahnsteigsystem" wird eine Geschwindigkeit der Uhr U2 registriert,
die aus der (vektoriellen) Addition von Uhrengeschwindigkeit v_U im
Plattformsystem und Geschwindigkeit v_0 entsteht. Der Betrag dieser
Geschwindigkeit ist:
v_Uhr(t) = sqrt( v_0^2 + v_U^2 - 2*v_0*v_U*sin((2 pi/T)*t) ) (2)
T: Periodendauer der Uhr im Plattformsystem
Die im "Bahnsteigsystem" zu registrierende Gangänderung der Uhr ist von
dieser Geschwindigkeit bestimmt:
DELTA t_Uhr = sqrt( 1 - (v_Uhr(t)/c)^2 ) * DELTA t_BS (3)
Es liegt also eine periodische Gangänderung vor und damit eine
periodisch moduliert anwachsende Abweichung der Uhrenanzeige von der
Anzeige der im Plattformsystem ruhenden Uhren.

Die Zusammenhänge nach Gleichung (1) und (3) werden in der Realität
experimentell bestätigt. Experimente zu dem betrachteten Fall sind:
* die GPS-Satelliten,
* das Experiment zur Zeitdilatatation bei langsam bewegten Uhren -

Dein Unfug ist nicht schwer zu verstehen:
Du verwendest den im "Bahnsteigsystem" geltenden (und zu
registrierenden) Uhrengang gemäß Gleichung (3) im Zug/Plattformsystem.
Daraus willst du ableiten, dass im Plattformsystem der Bewegungszustand
dieses Systems im "Bahnsteigsystem" erschlossen werden könnte.
Kann es aber nicht - denn im Plattformsystem ist nur der Uhrengang
gemäß Gleichung (1) zu registrieren.
Du berücksichtigst also nicht die Relativität von Geschwindigkeiten, und
damit auch nicht die Relativität von Gangänderungen der bewegten Uhr.
Und nicht zu vergessen:
Einen experimentellen Beleg für deine Auffassung hast du nicht
vorgelegt.

Die beiden Messungen werden verglichen und dabei ergibt sich
Übereinstimmung mit den Aussagen der RT:
1. im Plattformsystem gleichmäßige Gangänderung und damit eine linear
anwachsende Abweichung der Uhrenanzeige von der Anzeige der im
Plattformsystem ruhenden Uhren, sowohl bei ruhendem als auch bei
bewegtem Plattformsystem,
2. im "Bahnsteigsystem" periodische Gangänderung und damit eine
periodisch moduliert anwachsende Abweichung der Uhrenanzeige von der
Anzeige der im "Bahnsteigsystem" ruhenden Uhren bei bewegtem
Plattformsystem.
Da die Aussagen der RT experimentell bestätigt sind, und deine Bastelei
nicht damit übereinstimmt, ist völlig klar, was in die Tonne gehört...
