Nein. Der Gang der kreisenden Uhr ist gleichmäßig verlangsamt, da die
Bahngeschwindigkeit v_U der Uhr konstant ist.

Es geht nicht um "Schauen" sondern um _Messen_. Um den Gang der Uhr zu
beurteilen, muss sie an zwei ruhenden Uhren vorbeikommen. Das sind etwa
M1 und M2 im Plattformsystem. Was du mit deinem Vorgehen machst, ist
aber gleichbedeutend mit dem Vergleich der kreisenden Uhr mit zwei
Uhren, die im "Bahnsteigsystem" ruhen.
Was man mit den Mess-Uhren misst ist die Zeitdilatation der bewegten
Uhr:
Geschwindigkeit der Uhr: v(t)
inverser Gamma-Faktor: 1/gamma = sqrt( 1 - (v(t)/c)^2 )
Zeitdilatation: dt_Uhr = dt / gamma
Um die Abweichung der von der bewegten Uhr angezeigten Zeit von der
Zeit t, welche die ruhenden Uhren anzeigen, ist zu summieren
(integrieren):

DELTA t_Uhr = Int dt / gamma
0
Um den Vergleich der Anzeige der bewegten Uhr und der Zeit der ruhenden
Uhren durchzuführen ist es übrigens vollkommen unerheblich, wo sie
positioniert werden.
