If you open /Applications/Utilities/Console and try to print the page,
do any error messages get logged? 

You could try quitting Safari and moving Safari preferences to your
desktop, then starting Safari again to see if anything changes. It's at:

~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Safari.plist

You could also try using a tool like OnyX to delete user caches, then
restart to see if there is a change:
