I have been. You're the one complaining that a button that hasn't moved
in position, hasn't changed shape in outline, shows the same tool tip,
and performs exactly the same function is some sort of problem.

The button is in the same position, has the same shape, and performs the
same function as it did in Snow Leopard.

There was no elipsis on Snow Leopard either. So by your logic, "quit
process" in Snow Leopard didn't indicate there would be further action
either.
