Every now and again I have to distribute a PDF to about 20 people.
This I do by sending, using Pluto, an e-mail to myself with the
contents very brief (5 lines of text) and the PDF file attached. The
recipients all have a 2 or 3 letter alias in my address book and I
list them in the bcc part of the header as a comma separated list.
This seems to work well but for the fact that my ISP (Purley Hosting)
seems to think that it might be spam and puts (Spam?) in front of the
subject. This results in some of the recipients missing the mail in
their spam traps. I have spoken to Neil on the subject a few weeks ago
(unfortunately I have lost the e-mails since) and he suggested I look
at some numbers (which I have forgotten how). It seems that the body
of an e-mail is assessed and if the number reaches a particular range
then it is suspect spam and this is noted. What it didn't tell me was
what to do to change this assessment so as to avoid the Spam?
addition. 

Can anybody understand what I have explained above and possibly
suggest a way round it? Could it be the number of addressees, or the
PDF attachment? TIA for any replies.
