Possibly you belong to a tribe, live in a tent and eat your enemies.

But I don't.

'Tribes' is among the most stupidst concepts for life you could possibly 
have.

I'm not quite sure, what you are talking about.

Culture is actually something local.

E.g. the southern regions of Germany celebrates 'carneval' and do 
strange things in those day, which other 'tribes' of Germany don't 
understand.

But 'southern Germany' is actually a geographic cathegory and is in no 
way related to ethnic groups.

You can check that easily yourself, if you go to Collogne, for instance, 
at the day called 'Rosenmontag'.

There you find all sorts of ethnicities doing realy strange stuff, which 
could bring you into mental health facilities in most parts of the world.

Culture should be undestood as local and relational phenomenon.

For instance we had a specific culture in New York in the eighties. San 
Francisco had seen 'Hippies' in the sixties.

Also 'Hooliganism' in England is a local cultur and in no way related to 
ethnicity, even if tribes are involved.

But 'European' culture is pure nonsense, because Europe is way to large 
to be called 'local'.

There are tons of countries, ethnic groups, tribal and local cultures, 
languages, types of society and political systems in Europe.

Therefore there is no such thing as 'Europeans' or 'European tribalism'.
