You set it on fire. The jet fuel in two pretty much fully fuelled 
jet-liners is going to be a pretty good fire starter and there's a lot 
of flammable stuff in a skyscraper that's in use, including the steel 
frame if you get it hot enough

400 meters is quite a long way up in the air, and a fierce fire 
generates a lot of air-circulation.

Star Wars never took off. It frightened the Russians into spending more 
than they could afford on defense, but it seems to have been confined to 
paper studies.
