There is an order to things. There sure is. What I don't understand is how someone can skip health insurance for that. There is all that lamentation about how "unaffordable" it is in the US and, under Obamacare it largely has become unaffordable for the middle class over 400% FPL, but so far all people I met who didn't have health care did so per choice.
