Not a prediction that you are in any position to make. I'd quite like to 
learn if there was anything like that going on locally, but I've been 
hanging around IEEE stuff here since about 2012, and have never got a 
whiff of anything like that,

If they do it in the next week. As I put it below, it's looking at 
weather rather than climate.
