Dürft zur Zeit (evtl. noch) im Bereich Faktor 10 liegen, ungeachtet
der Fertigungsmöglichkeiten, die bei GaAs auch noch bisserl weniger
weit entwickelt sind als bei Si. Kommt aber derzeit langsam auf für
die "Wide Band Gap"-Halbleiter der Leistungselektronik - was aber
"nicht ganz" kompaitbel mit der hier gebrauchten Opto-Elektronik ist.
