You find me an Apple computer for sale with actual specs so I know what motherboard and processor and memory and so forth are in it, the exact models, then I'll do a comparison.  Without that info a comparison is not possible.  When I did the comparison at my work, I most likely used the detailed specs given by our local Apple supplier.

Pick anything you like, something mid range if you want so we're not dealing with budget stuff or extreme gaming stuff where prices can vary a lot.  I cetainly can't be bothered navigating their godawful website.  It's full of adverts with no information.
