FYI here's a side-by-side comparison of MS Surface Book and Apple's 
MacBook Pro:

Prices are comparable, but the PC world is more customisable.

If you surmise that I'm trying to persuade myself I need Surface Book, 
you'd be right. :-)

I have a Surface 2 Pro with a keyboard and BlueTooth mouse, that's our 
travel computer. A PC in a tablet form factor.
