And if you recall, all I said was that I saw and heard the same words, 
and don't agree.

They were MARKETING a new product; pumping it up. That's all.

XCode LLVM Intermediate Representation has existed for quite some time 
now; 2011, AIUI.

You're adding 0 + 0.1, and concluding it adds up to a million.
