You seem to have arrived at this decision without bothering to answer
many of the questions asked about the specific details about the
computer in question. We still don't even know what model Mac or what OS
version it is running, for instance. So I'm not really sure why you are
thanking anyone here, since their responses to your post asking for more
details seem to have been a waste of their time!
