and then throw in those grand innovations

like the scrolling going in the opposite direction suddenly because of
a whim

or the email app suddenly looking and acting different

it boils down to hubris and disdain for a large swath of their subscribers


most of the industry has completely failed at making them super simple
for those folks that do not want to spend hours and hours figuring out
some idea or setting that someone else thinks they should be able to
