Right now I have open Activity Monitor, Parallels Desktop running 
OS/2, Firefox open to a Facebook page with no animations, and 
Mail.app. BusyCal, NeoOffice, 1Password, and iTunes are minimized to
the Dock.

Parallels is using 100% of a CPU. Window Server is using about 3% of
a CPU. When I click on a Facebook video, Window Server usage jumps 
to 72% and the video does not run smoothly. With Mavericks there 
would have been no problem running a video and Parallels at the same
time.
