It doesn't matter whether the document contains input from other programs or not. However, I would also recommend downloading !PrintPDF from the link above. It's a real joy to have a permanent PDF printer on the iconbar, which makes the production of good quality PDFs from any source a piece of cake. Having said that, the quality of those PDFs may depend of the Postscript driver involved. My third and last recommendation therefore is: buy the Postscript 3 printer driver from Martin Würthner.
