Steve,
I generated the page in Easiwriter by dragging in a draw file 
consisting of rectangle and a circle. I then typed in a couple of 
lines of text.
I then clicked on the print icon of Easiwriter and window opened 
headed PoScript2 and clicked on Print. Tonight nothing resulted, 
yesterday it did!, will look into that shortly.
I viewed the file in !PDF and PDFview with no text being shown in 
either. Clicking on the options you give altered nothing.
