Yes, you essentially make a series of VPN settings, one for exit point in 
the Network Manager. Activating one is as simple as choosing it from your 
selection of points in Network Manager. You can easily activate a point 
in Russia, then exist that, then enter another in Mexico if you like. It 
takes just a few seconds.
