The scales swing between freedom to suffer and die, and state strangulation of individual effort. Population growth and inflation are how you fudge massive state debt, and as such is more important to states that accrue such. = Mainly socialist -- "I guess a rattlesnake ain't risponsible fer bein' a rattlesnake, but ah puts mah heel on um jess the same if'n I catches him around mah chillun".
