Maybe he's Morphy's father. I can't imagine anyone else feeling 
protective of *that* jerk than a family member.

Less activity last night from *all* of them. Their behavior is clearly 
coordinated. (Or they're all sockp....nah, that's their insane delusion. 
Best not to fall into that trap.)

Didn't you see the nearly 200-liner he dumped into rec.arts.tv? It 
wasn't crossposted here so I guess maybe not.

Hrm. Checking rec.arts.tv now and I see you not only saw it but 
responded to it, but not until later than you wrote the post I'm 
reading. Indeed, Morphy's screed was posted later (9:33) than your post 
here (9:11).

Thoolen also responded, about an hour ago, with some choice words about 
Morphy's violent thoughts. :)

Perhaps. Time will tell -- as Morphy himself was kind enough to point out.

Wow, even the name is pointlessly abbreviated to be missing one vowel. 
Does it date back to when machines had a few KB of core and even one 
byte of extra computer code could be a storage problem?

He's relentless. To Morphy he must be like the Terminator come to get 
him. Here's a Morphy gem from last night:

that practise denies your BS cluttering up hits on grep search for posts.

"gyro" here appears to refer to thoolen's Gyromitra nym of last night 
(another mushroom species, natch). So Morphy is basically admitting to 
the cowardly snip of dozens of entire news articles in one go, here, in 
preference to facing the Thoolenator in combat.
