I was a witness to those events. Though only a lurker. (You may have 
noticed an allusion to Java in an earlier post of mine, I think in this 
thread. I've had occasion to have to use that "language" for programming; 
fortunately, these days we can get all the benefits of a JVM with a 
*real* language thanks to the explosion of non-Java JVM-hosted languages.)

Anyway, regarding that incendiary thread, one thing especially sticks out 
in my mind: the emacs-lover used a handle that started with the word 
"Bent".

Though so far we may both end up wrong. It looks like he came back for a 
dose only half the size, to judge by the third Morphy screed in the 
series, which has now appeared, being only half the size.
