A good reason *not* to implement DEFER with a jump.
@ ! are Forth's standard operators for retrieving/storing
cell-sized items.  Use them.

ADDR is portable - if an implementation chooses it to be.
The advantages are the same as TO - fewer operators to use
and remember.  ADDR replaces >BODY DEFER@ DEFER!
It will work on locals, CREATE DOES> and variants - and
anything else which may arise in the future.  If one already
has the mechanism in place to support a multi-object TO
then adding ADDR is trivial.

ADDR isn't just about DEFER.  It's about future needs.
Don't fill the Standard with specialized limited-use words
when a single word will do it.
