Yes,  >BODY is only guaranteed for CREATEd words.

As much as I dislike words that handle multiple datatypes (e.g. TO)
I can see the equivalent for >BODY becoming necessary.  Used to
access the data field of an object, it goes under names such as
ADDR  &OF etc.
