Well, the Forth code that does use OO should have no problems with the 
limits of the precise garbage collector: It will use the necessary 
features of the OO package.

The point here is more: In the traditional Forth world, your program 
manages memory explicitely, it allocates and frees as necessary.  In the 
OO world, this is too cumbersome (or whatever), and you don't want it 
there.  You pay a price for doing so - you must be disciplined about how 
you treat your object addresses (you can only store it in cells that are 
specified to contain addresses, i.e. in object pointers, or, for 
strings, in string pointers).  It's not very inconvenient to say

String foo

instead of

Variable foo

and later using $! to store a string in foo.  Hm, wait: The way $! is 
implemented in bigForth (with it's compacting collector for strings), 
you don't even need to say String foo, it works with Variable foo, as 
well.  And it's still precise and incremental garbage collection.
