Mann, als er nach 16 Jahren abgewählt wurde, wurde ich verlacht als ich 
sagte "Das wird man später mal als "die guten Jahre" bezeichnen....

Und kein Frage, für uns Bürger waren die 16 Jahre provinzieller 
kohlscher Bräsigkeit gute Jahre. Jedes Jahr ein bisserl besser, auf neue 
Computer und Programme und neu Technik freute man sich, der Ausdruck 
"Reform" war zwar schon etwas zweischneidig aber immer noch positiv besetzt.

Die beste deutsche Politik der letzten 150 Jahre kam aus der rheinischen 
Kleinstadt Bonn. Da hatten die Politiker noch nicht den Kontakt zum Land 
und seinen Leuten verloren. Aus Berlin kam immer nur Großmannsucht und 
beleidigte Leberwurst, im Wechsel.
