Das lag aber nicht an Kohl, sondern war fast überall in der Welt der Fall.

Das unterschreibe ich gerne. Ich habe die Bonner Republik aus nächster
Nähe miterlebt. Das hatte einen besonderen Charme, der Deutschland nach
dem WWII gut zu Gesicht stand.
