I just noticed that I am missing Notes on the General tab also. I do not use them very often, so I hadn't noticed before. Where are you getting version 98.4? I am not seeing it. 97.7 seems to the latest version available on the Thunderbird Add-on site. I see a link to 98.3 in one of the issues, but not 98.4.
