Windows will continue to operate per its settings in the Local Account. - Updates. Store packages(that are not uninstalled - Note: MSFT store apps are integrated with Windows for updating, not Windows Updates)updates, Windows Security Updates(engine and defs) etc. i.e. If the MSA logon account is not used, it's static, and relegated to being an optional account for logon on the Welcome/Sign in Screen and a selectable account on the Local Account's Start Menu/user icon/switch user feature.
