This is to counterbalance David Brown's assertion that the centre of 
world is gcc. A product that is totally beyond criticism, even when it 
doesn't work.

I've done this plenty of times, but it is a huge effort to do especially 
having to generate the C source versions (and some programs no longer 
work in C).

But if you're happy with Win64 binaries and can deal with AV issues, 
then try these versions:

  www.bcas.freeuk.com/mm.exe             'M' compiler
  www.bcas.freeuk.com/qc.exe             'Q' byte-code compiler
  www.bcas.freeuk.com/pc.exe             'Q' byte-code interpreter
  www.bcas.freeuk.com/bcc.exe            'C' subset compiler

These are not installers, but the actual programs. Too much trouble to 
zip them.
