Sowieso. Und das ist vor allem auch gut so. Denn wenn solche 
Streitereien vor Gericht ausgetragen werden führt das ganz oft zu 
Urteilen, die niemandem so richtig gefallen. Oft noch nicht einmal den 
Klägern. Von solchen Urteilen wird nur selten etwas besser.

Wahlplakate dürften noch relativ einfach sein: Der/die Fotografierte hat 
die Erlaubnis zur Veröffentlichung erteilt. Die Rechte des Fotografen 
wurden mit dem Honorar abgegolten. Da bleibt wenig Raum.

Aber es sind auch andere, ähnliche Konstellationen vorstellbar. Dann 
liegt die Tücke im Detail.
