Vor vielen Jahren, ein Gerichtsurteil wurde in einem Fotomagazin
erwähnt, da war eine Neueröffnung eines Geschäftes und der Reporter des
örtlichen Käseblattes hatte ein Foto gemacht, diesmal nicht die obligate
Blumenübergabe sondern das Geschäft von außen fotografiert. Deutlich zu
sehen eine Paar, Hand in Hand, er verheiratet, sie nicht. Die Frau
dieses Mannes fand das nicht so gut und reichte die Scheidung ein, was
der Mann nicht so gut fand und den Fotografen verklagte, was wiederum
das Gericht nicht so gut fand und die Klage abwies, da der Fotograf
nicht das Pärchen hatte knipsen wollen sondern nur das Geschäft. Der
Kläger durfte dann auch die Kosten tragen.
