A CSV file does not contain COLUMNS.  A CSV file contains FIELDS.
The is a BIG difference between a COLUMN and a FIELD.

In a column, the text "flow" is down one column from top to bottom
and then a jump to the top of the next column and so on.  This CANNOT
be made to happen in a text file.  A text file CANNOT have columns.

In conclusion, the concept of a column does not exist in a text file.
A text file contains only LINES.
