Trivial, of course.

You have just to find out where those assignments start, and ignore 
assignments where

table[1]=56;
gtb[23]=78;

and only take into accout those where initializations go beyond an 
arbitrary threshold.

Of course you should accept
    ............... table[
347]-674534;

You have to recognize tokens, assignments etc etc. You end up with 
redoing a C parser.

THEN, you have to incorporate the script into the build process, and 
figure out the name of the file having the initializations, read it, 
parse it, find the necessary changes, do the changes, write the 
intermediate file, and then compile it with gcc!!!

MUCH easier is to ditch gcc, use lcc-win and be done with it.
