It would be trivial to write a script to transform:

   …
   table[34765]=63422; table[34766]=619563; table[34767]=26445;
   …

into:

   static int table[]={ …, 63422, 619563, 26445, … };

and compile it with gcc…

gcc has no problem compiling static tables of at least 1 million ints.
