Except it takes much longer than that for the info to propagate through
the net. Your primary dns provider may change the name "instantlsy" but
most users do not use your dns provider. They use some other one. In
order that dns not saturate the the net with requests, they are cached
and those caches can takes hours and days to be replenished. So many of
your users will see the old address up to days after the address has
changed.
