Even if what you say we're true, you basically say the universe
 expansion  observed by many is true or false,
depending in if his thesis in 1920 were  proper or not.

Like if existence of satellites of Jupiter were dependent on if
 Galileo could or could see them by his device.

Unless if it is possible.
Universities often use a special evaluation of students whose
 studies were interrupted by a war, and them may not pass all
 regular years, if the pass required exams.

I think you should spend your effort somewhere else.
