Maybe it was the "else" ambiguities that are found in peiConvolve.c:421
and peiCache.c:138.
Here is the one from peiConvolve.c:
if (signMode==-1)
if (mode&MODE_MAG) signMode=0;
else signMode=peiGetSigned(src)||peiGetSigned(&ker)?1:0;
if ((conv=peiCreateCachedConvolution("",src,&ker,mode,factor,signMode,1))==NULL) MFAIL(1149);
There are two possible ways to group the "else" cause and
unless one has intimate knowledge of the program details
there is no way to decide which is correct.
I have left things as written with the test being that images
are successfully processed.
