Let's un-British-ify some of that description for the
majority of English speakers who are *not* of Britain,
England, or the United Kingdom.

1)
traveler - one who travels, something that travels,
  someone who took a trip and travelled around foreign
  countries, a salesperson, a machine that moves over
  a course or pathway

traveller - a British spelling and exclusively meaning:
-derogatory and racist term for travelling gypsy's
  who are usually of Irish descent, but sometimes
  Scottish, who are of a perceived to be of a lower-class
  or underclass and anti-social

Tea Party - event
-one of any number of events in American history
--Boston Tea Party (1773)
--Philadephia Tea Party (1773)
--Chestertown Tea party (1774)
--Edenton Tea party (1774)
--Tea Party movement (2009)
--Tea Party protests (2009)
--Tea Party Caucus (2010)

Tea Party - individuals
-someone involved in one of the Tea Party events
--those who strongly opposed British Parliament's direct
  and utterly impudent violation of their fundamental right
  of "no taxation without representation" under England's
  Bill of Rights 1689 which resulted in the Boston Tea Party
  protests and revolution in America that helped create
  the United States of America which has true Bill of Rights.
--a conservative, libertarian, and populist individual
  (*from Wikipedia) of anti-tax protestors who took part
  in the Tea Party movement who are collectively known as
  Tea Party "republicans". (ironic)

So, for "Tea Party traveller" I'm guessing he was calling
you a low-class, wandering gypsy of presumedly misguided
politics which might be an insult or belittlement in the U.K.
and only the U.K. ... ? I'm really not sure why he didn't call
you an anarchist or fascist.  Anarchists would be suitable
to the United Kingdom, and fascists would be suitable to Italy.


2)
beak - slang
-nose

snot - nasal mucus

snottery - obs. filth, abomination

snottery - archaic English
-nasal mucus when dripping from the nose

So, for "snottery beak" he seems to be implying you're like
a disgusting, young child who rubs his nose filth on clean
windows by pressing his nose to the window and scrubbing it.
I'm assuming that would likely be more common in urban areas
where the parenting skills of some parents are lacking.
Apparently, the unruly and out-of-control before I ever
joined c.l.f. is the metaphor for a pristine clean window...


3)
fap off
-vulgar, slang for exclusively male masturbation
-same as "jerk off" elsewhere
-"fap" originated in English translations of adult Japanese manga comics
-"fap" represents the sound made during physical motion
-"fap" popularized by the pornographic webcomic "The Thin H Line" or "Sexy  
Losers"
-"fap" term is only known to the most reclusive, obscure, and perverted  
communities

So, by "fap off" he's both telling you to leave c.l.f., and
implying you're activities are leaving c.l.f. covered in a
disgusting natural male substance.  That's truly just gross.

The rest should be fairly easy to understand except the rather
uncommon term "fantasist" which just means one who fantasizes.
He's probably implying you play lots of role playing games,
like Dungeons and Dragons, or you LARP (Live Action Role Play).
