I once had a boss who clearly was afraid of me, because I was too good, 
which made him look bad.  He was a complete moron, the underlings he wanted 
were morons, too.  Some companies favor building their business only on 
morons, probably because the good people don't stay for long there (I didn't 
;-).

The skills required to get rich don't include being smart.  You get rich by 
being an enterpreneur, and be greedy (smart people usually aren't)!  You 
also need a thick skin (which smart people usually don't have), and you must 
put your enterprise above everything else, like family, friends, and 
hobbies.  That's again something smart people won't do.  What's the wealth 
worth if you can't enjoy the things you value most, like the three above?

Ah, you simply don't understand, because your view is so narrow.  The 
problems you have with all those poor minorities just comes from your 
capitalist (and racist) society.  It doesn't work if you have 99% poor and 
1% rich.
