There is no inconsistency. So let's say you want to remove this ambiguity. (You've attempted to do so with your "disambiguifiers"; but contrary to your stated assertions that they work on all ANS Forth systems, they fail to work correctly when they are POSTPONEd on my system. I haven't spent any time attempting to debug, since I can't see why the problem they are intended to solve might be important.) What changes would you make to the standard? What systems would that then disqualify from claiming ANS Forth compliance? Would this change anything for the better? Would it make it hard to modify gForth to comply with your requirement, and might disqualify other current and future systems? Will your proposal get support? For the record, I support the decision to cut you out of the standards process entirely & I cheered when you got blocked from the Forth200x mailing group for your stupid abusive behaviour. Standards are born out of cooperation and community, not out of the yelling & shouting of one individual who wants to dictate a solution, and then attempts to destroy the reputation and work of others when they fail to do as he demands. Why should they listen to you when it's obvious you hate them and all the things they've worked for? -- Alex
