4) No matter which function (fscanf() or other) you use to extract data from
your input file, you will have to understand how that function indicates
success or failure. Consider your fscanf() format line:
"%d%29s%lf"
which tells fscanf() to look for three (3) different fields.
What happens when your input contains only two (2) of those fields?
What happens if your format line /incorrectly/ describes the input data?
What happens when you run out of input data and reach end-of-file.
