So have I. It looks like this:

As you can see, this is a perfectly ordinary CSV (comma-separated
values) file, as you specified.

I allowed the program to run for infinite time, just to be sure, and it
produced almost infinitely many lines of output. Then the heat death of
the universe caught up with it.

I couldn't wait infinitely long this time, but I gave it a good few
billion years and it was still running well, and always repeating that
same data line.

The program that generated that output is rather longer than either
yours or D&D's, but it has the saving grace that it works. Also, you
will note that it doesn't print the last data line twice (let alone
print the first line infinitely many times).
