I already listed almost a score of things that you "just can't do" on iOS;
and where I've found a few more in the interim.

For example, how do you set app defaults?

On Android (as on desktops), when you first open a file type, a dialog box
comes up asking what you want to edit it with (e.g., text with your text
editors, video with your video players, images with your image editors,
markup with your web browsers, etc.).

You can select a particular editor/viewer, or, you can set any particular
editor/viewer to be the default, where the list of available
editors/viewers is only limited to what you've installed.

Can you do that on iOS for all file types?
