nonsense.

privacy on ios is well ahead of anything you can possibly get on
android, mainly because apple doesn't track users the way that google
does and greatly limits what apps can do. 

tl;dr - the privacy you seek is already there. 

all the disabling you do on android is not only a pain, but you can't
disable everything and what you do disable can prevent a lot of things
from working normally. google makes its money by tracking users, not
selling/licensing android.
