Exactly! But also a traveling twin problem in a gravitational field.

Thus, you can ask the question, what would be the time difference if a 
probe traveled around in a circle by, say, firing its rockets 
continually in the centripetal direction, compared to a clock sitting at 
rest in the center of the circle?
