I'm not following. The wiki article is saying that those fractions are 
the amount of energy carried away by neutrino in those particular 
processes in our particular sun.

The statement you made is that neutrino energy absorbed by black holes 
accounts for 5% of the total energy of the universe.

Those two don't seem to have much to do with each other, other than they 
are both statements about neutrinos.

It's like if you made a statement that illegal drugs traffic involves 
90% of the black people world-wide, and to support that you cited a stat 
that 90% of the drug arrests in Camden, NJ, were attributable to black 
people.
