Read what I wrote.  For neutrinos from one galaxy to interact with
another, pushing them apart (or so you claim), they'd have to enter and be
absorbed by its central black hole, otherwise they'll go right through the
galaxy. So I repeat, what's the cross sectional area of, for example, the
black hole inside Andromeda, as seen from Earth, and what percentage of
the Sun's neutrinos will encounter it?  I'll help you: Andromeda's black
hole has a radius of about 4.68×10^11 meters.

Say, what?  For a neutrino to be absorbed by a black hole, it will have
to actually encounter one first.

Maybe you can come up with a rough estimate of what portion of the sky is
in direct line with a galactic central black hole (or any other black 
hole).

Yup, a lot of energy (dunno about 5%) is locked up in neutrinos, mostly
forever gone.
