MOST neutrinos that have been emitted sometime in the last 13.8 billion years have not traveled far enough to hit a black hole. But let's suppose the universe is bounded. In this case, if you keep going straight in some direction, you'll eventually end up right where you started. Or at least you'll end up in some place very near to where you started. It's like traveling straight ahead on the surface of the earth, veering neither left nor right, and you're not sensitive to the curvature of the surface. Now ask, "If I head in some random direction, will I eventually run into a volcano." Well, maybe. It might not happen on the first pass around the earth. Maybe it happens on the 3978th pass around the world, each time your path being a little different than what it was before. But it's also possible that you NEVER run into a volcano.
