Falsch!

Fotografieren ja, gewerblich nutzen nein und das steht auch im Text.

Spiegel: "Wir haben den Artikel noch mal leicht angepasst, um besser 
deutlich zu machen, dass es um die kommerzielle Nutzung der Fotos geht. 
Wenn du ein Nachtbild machst und es danach nur in deiner Schublade 
versenkst, ist das vollkommen okay."
